United States Employment Development Lending Center (USEDLC) is an EB-5 Regional Center designated by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on April 12, 2010. As California's statewide Regional Center specialized in small business lending, USEDLC is the only EB-5 Regional Center directly supported by "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" (Recovery Act) and a federal budget of $3 Billion in small business loan guarantee program. USEDLC started lending operation and EB-5 processing in April 2010.
